This national brand campaign for Telstra is a departure for both the brand and the category. Instead of pushing speed, modem features and price point, we took the opportunity to tell a relatable story about what home internet use actually looks like; it’s not a picture-perfect family facetiming Grandma from the island bench in their spotless kitchen. It’s couches, ugg boots, being on your phones together – and occasionally forgetting something important.
